The Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer have not been in production for decades, but Jeep® is bringing back the nameplates in style. The production versions will be made in Detroit in 2022, but before then, Jeep® revealed the Grand Wagoneer Concept to show what it has cooked up.
The Jeep® Grand Wagoneer Concept represents the best of American premium automotive design. The interior is more than just beautifully put together, it’s artfully and painstakingly crafted like a piece of leather-clad art, with unique 3D details, pristine trim details, and state-of-the-art technologies including a whopping eight displays — four at the front totaling 45 inches of screen space, and four at the back totaling 30 inches.
Proper Jeep® capability
Even though the Grand Wagoneer Concept is more luxurious than any Jeep currently on offer, it’s not meant to be a departure from the Jeep® brand. It still offers the same excellent on- and off-road capability you would expect from the automaker, powered by innovative and exclusive features like a Selec-Terrain® Traction Management System with five drive modes as well as a Quadra-Lift® Air suspension. Jeep® says it also delivers impressive towing capacity.
With the Grand Wagoneer Concept and the upcoming production model, Jeep® is positioning itself to become more than just a rugged off-road brand, but also a brand that delivers exceptional in-vehicle luxury and technology.
