In the automotive world, customer loyalty is everything. If you create a superior line of vehicles, you’ll have drivers coming back to your brand time and time again.
Fiat Chrysler seems to have this skill mastered, as the automotive company walked away with three segment wins during the IHS Markit Automotive Loyalty Awards.
For starters, the Ram 1500, 2500, and 3500 all came out on top for the pickup truck segment, having the strongest automotive loyalty in a segment that is growing larger and more significant with each passing year.
Still, Fiat Chrysler had more than just the pickup truck segment covered when it came to customer loyalty. The Chrysler Pacifica also managed to earn one of the top spots for the minivan segment, demonstrating that even some of the newest Chrysler models already have customers searching for more.
Finally, the Jeep® Grand Cherokee earned one of the top spots for the SUV segment when it came to customer loyalty. This is especially important, as the SUV segment is currently the largest segment in the automotive world.
In the end, Fiat Chrysler had more vehicles taking the top spot among the 15 categories covered by the awards than any other brand.
