2021 Ram 1500 TRX Raises $410K at Auction

2021 Ram 1500 TRX - Greenbrier CDJR - Lewisburg, WV

In March, Ram drivers were given a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to both own a piece of Ram history and do a little bit of good in the world at the same time. The first all-new 2021 Ram 1500 TRX to roll off the assembly line was put up for auction by Barret-Jackson Scottsdale, with the resulting $410,000-worth of proceeds being donated to the United Way for Southeast Michigan’s 2-1-1 helpline.

“We’re thrilled that the first Ram 1500 TRX raised significant funds that will go directly to the United Way for Southeast Michigan’s 2-1-1 helpline to provide services to veterans and their families,” said Ram Brand Chief Executive Officer Mike Koval Jr.

This powerful vehicle is one of only 702 units of the new truck’s Launch Edition in existence. The production number was chosen to celebrate the Ram 1500 TRX’s unprecedented 702-horsepower capability. The other 701 units sold out in less than three hours on Ram’s website. But to make this version all the more special, it wore VIN 001, meaning it’s the first of its rare breed. Which is why it commanded the high gavel price that it did — and all for a great cause.

If you’d like to reserve your own 2021 Ram 1500 TRX, visit us at Greenbrier Motor Company in Lewisburg, West Virginia.

The Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer have not been in production for decades, but Jeep® is bringing back the nameplates in style. The production versions will be made in Detroit in 2022, but before then, Jeep® revealed the Grand Wagoneer Concept to show what it has cooked up.

State-of-the-art design

The Jeep® Grand Wagoneer Concept represents the best of American premium automotive design. The interior is more than just beautifully put together, it’s artfully and painstakingly crafted like a piece of leather-clad art, with unique 3D details, pristine trim details, and state-of-the-art technologies including a whopping eight displays — four at the front totaling 45 inches of screen space, and four at the back totaling 30 inches.

Proper Jeep® capability

Even though the Grand Wagoneer Concept is more luxurious than any Jeep currently on offer, it’s not meant to be a departure from the Jeep® brand. It still offers the same excellent on- and off-road capability you would expect from the automaker, powered by innovative and exclusive features like a Selec-Terrain® Traction Management System with five drive modes as well as a Quadra-Lift® Air suspension. Jeep® says it also delivers impressive towing capacity.

With the Grand Wagoneer Concept and the upcoming production model, Jeep® is positioning itself to become more than just a rugged off-road brand, but also a brand that delivers exceptional in-vehicle luxury and technology. 2021 Ram Heavy Duty Can Tow 37,100 Pounds

2021 Ram Heavy Duty | Greenbrier Motor Company | Lewisburg, WV

The most grueling jobs demand a 2021 Ram Heavy Duty. With a best-in-class 37,100-pound gooseneck towing capacity, the latest Ram 3500 HD makes hard work seem easy.

When it came time to build the 2021 model, Ram worked with Cummins® to improve the 6.7-liter High Output Turbo Diesel engine, improving torque by 75 lb-ft to bring the total up to 1,075 lb-ft, a staggering figure.

Coupled with a new in-house gooseneck hitch design, the 2021 Ram Heavy Duty ensures its engine’s powerful capabilities can be fully exploited, enabling the truck to tow the heaviest trailers in the industry.

Towing a heavy trailer, however, is not just about sheer capability. New for 2021, the Ram Heavy Duty also comes with a digital rearview mirror that can show you a real-time video feed of the view behind the trailer, free of obstructions. At any time, you can revert it back to a traditional reflective mirror.

The 2021 Ram Heavy Duty is more than a powerful truck. It’s also luxurious, with extremely spacious and comfortable seats, a clean and modern design, beautiful trim details, acoustic glass and active noise cancellation technologies, and top-notch detailing.

Once, hardworking trucks came with few creature comforts. The 2021 Ram Heavy Duty shows that segment-leading capability can also come with a luxury-car-level interior. Take a closer look at this incredible pickup truck at Greenbrier Motor Company in Lewisburg, West Virginia.

Top 5 Signs of Tire Wear to Keep Yourself Safe on the Road

5 Signs of Tire Wear in Lewisburg, WV

Your vehicle’s tires are the only part of your car making contact with the road, so it’s vital that you take proactive and consistent care of them. These tips will help you easily find signs of wear and tear on tires so you can drive with a renewed peace of mind.

Inflation Levels

Overinflation leads to higher pressure exerted in the center of the tires while underinflation places more stress and pressure onto the edges of the tire. A quick visual inspection and checking each tire’s pressure with a gauge indicator will help prolong their lifespans. Be sure to fill your car’s tires to the manufacturer-suggested PSI, which is typically included in the owner’s manual or on the driver’s side door jamb.

Disproportionate Wear

Visual inspections will also help you notice if some parts of the vehicle’s tires appear to be more worn out than others. Uneven tread levels can indicate misaligned tires.

Erratic Tread Wear

Erratic, seemingly random wear on your car’s tire tread is called “cupping” and it might be a sign that the tires are imbalanced. It can also signal that shock absorbers or other parts might need to be replaced as well.

Vibrations and Noises

If you notice unusual vibrations or other out-of-place noises while driving, it could be a sign that you have an imbalanced tire, a tire with a flat tread spot, or that the tire’s belt has separated.

Car Pulling

Your car pulling to one side could mean that you may have underinflated or damaged tires, or that the vehicle needs an alignment done.

If you see or experience any of these issues with your vehicle, don’t hesitate to contact us at Greenbrier Motor Company. Our highly trained staff is prepared to tackle a variety of tire-related issues and will get you safely back on the road in no time.
